Full course description
The program begins with two weeks of online coursework, featuring lectures by leading experts, interactive discussions, and case studies. Online modules provide a strong foundation while offering flexibility for students to engage around their existing schedules.
Participants then convene for a week of immersive in-person training at Oklahoma State University. Through collaborative workshops and simulations, students put their learning into practice. Guided by OSU's expert faculty in media, strategic communication and propaganda analysis, students work in teams to develop and present counter-disinformation campaigns. Industry professionals share real-world insights into combating false narratives. Participants build a tight-knit network of peers committed to promoting truth in public discourse and emerge equipped with the knowledge, skills, and support system to be leaders in the fight against mis/disinformation.
